The electroplating production line belongs to the high humidity and high corrosion environment, and the general brush slip ring on the market will have a short life in the high humidity and high corrosion environment. Therefore, in this humidity and highly corrosive environment, most manufacturers generally choose to use mercury slip rings for rotation transmission. Mercury slip ring, also known as mercury conductive ring or mercury conductive slip ring, it mainly uses liquid mercury as the conductive medium, and directly conducts and transmits current through mercury when rotating, which is suitable for the highly corrosive environment of electroplating production line. However, mercury slip rings have certain shortcomings, and their realization is: toxic, will produce certain pollution to the environment, and then it is short life, short service cycle, large replacement frequency, greatly reducing production efficiency, delaying the production cycle.
