This facility researches optimal material combinations for brush wires and conductive rings, with 12 specialized friction pair technologies developed for extreme conditions including high-speed operation, corrosive environments, and high-temperature applications.
Supported by China's Ministry of Science and Technology, our laboratory features 5 test benches capable of evaluating slip rings at speeds up to 90,000 rpm and torque outputs to 5.5 N.m.
