Six-component slip rings are used in locomotive testing

The locomotive six-component test slip ring is specially developed and designed for locomotive six-component testing, the wheel speed data is collected by the encoder of 512 pulses to the circuit board and then outputs the electrical signal, through the conductive slip ring, the six-component force sensor and strain gauge signal on the wheels of various vehicles can be accurately transmitted to the acquisition instrument, and the wheel speed can also be collected, so as to help the designer obtain the fatigue life of each component of the wheel in various environments, and these data have important guiding significance for the body is still in the modeling stage. The slip rings are shockproof, rainproof and dustproof, and can be used on test benches or in various harsh test conditions.
