SPR-ing fiber optic rotary joint with optical pigtail beside a long-life power slip ring
Shenzhen SPR-ing Technology Co., Ltd (SPR-ing) has expanded its fiber optic slip ring and long-life power slip ring lines, addressing two of the hardest requirements in rotary system design: transmitting high-bandwidth optical data across a rotating interface, and keeping high-current power paths alive for tens of millions of revolutions without maintenance.
The fiber optic range uses a non-contact optical coupling principle, so data passes through the rotating joint without electrical interference, ground loops or bandwidth loss. The long-life power range combines precious metal contacts, sealed IP65 housings and a no-maintenance design for equipment that must run for years in the field.
The long-life series is engineered for continuous industrial duty, with working life up to 50 million revolutions in the SP056060 platform and maintenance-free operation throughout the service interval.

Sealed IP65 long-life slip ring for continuous industrial rotation
Modern rotating platforms increasingly carry both heavy power and high-rate data through the same joint. A wind turbine nacelle must pass pitch motor current alongside fiber optic sensor telemetry, while a rotating radar head must deliver DC power and stream digitized returns at the same time. Combining an optical channel with precious-metal power circuits in one sealed housing removes the need for two separate rotary joints, shortens the installation length on the shaft, and reduces the number of failure points the maintenance team has to monitor across the machine's service life.
Both ranges are available from a minimum order quantity of one piece, with carton packaging, one to three week delivery and payment by T/T or L/C. Reference pricing runs from USD 200 to 800 per unit depending on channel count and configuration; supply capacity is 500 to 1,000 units per month. Engineering samples and hybrid optical-electrical designs can be quoted on request.
